  Every Panda Express should be like this one they have a young kid name Joeph or Joey I hope I'm right  he has a pony tail... there was a line out the door and I've been working at kaiser for 6 years now and come to panda quite often  over the years never in my life I've seen this line move this fast !!! Keep up the good work kid!!

  Customer service is great!
  
  But food isn't.. I've been loving Chinese food since I was a kid and as I took my first bite of their Chow Mein, it felt really dry and the noodles were burnt. Their fried rice tasted like "dried rice". Orange chicken had less chicken and a lot of hard crunchy batter that it hurt my teeth.
  
  Please update recipes and drive some taste in the kitchen. I've paid for it and was not happy with the food... thank you!

  Update: Panda Express refuses to refund my order, and will not replace the missing items.
  
  Don't bother ordering from here if you're getting your food delivered. There appears to be no recourse for orders which are missing items.
  
  Furthermore when brought to management's attention they were rude, cut me off and would not allow me to finish explaining my complaint, apparently cannot do anything until they talk to their supervisor and did not offer even an apology until the second time I called asking for a follow up.
  
  Horrible customer service, they clearly don't care. If you're not present in the restaurant as a customer, they don't care.

  I like coming to this location they always have a lot of well stocked items and very fresh with great hot quality the employees working at this location are very friendly and they make eye contact smile and always ask if you would like a sample which I think is great since sometimes I don't know what to order plus I always ask for it to get double bagged so it doesn't leak in my car and they always do I highly recommend this location to anyone it a very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very clean restrooms very friendly employees plus when you turn over your receipt they have a survey that you can do and it gives you a free side and who doesn't like free I will definitely be coming back here very soon for great hot food great experience

  Meat was chewy and fat, chicken had lots of fat, it just wasn't very good.
